ICxA Outcome Assurance Benchmark
Identify Hidden Outcome Exposure in Your ProjectsProjects are Complex
Major projects are typically measured by construction completion. But the real objective is the delivery of the intended operational outcome.
The ICxA Outcome Assurance Benchmark provides organisations with an independent perspective on how effectively their project delivery practices support that objective.
Participants receive a confidential evaluation of their organisation’s Outcome Assurance capability, including their Outcome Assurance Index (OAI) Score, highlighting where exposure may be quietly accumulating throughout the project lifecycle.
What Organizations Receive

Why This Matters
Most organizations measure cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Few measure their structural capability to assure the intended outcome itself.
The Outcome Assurance Index provides leadership with visibility into this capability – enabling more informed governance, risk awareness, and decision-making.
This benchmark is rapidly becoming the international reference point for outcome assurance capability.
