How Participation Works

Step 1 – Schedule Benchmark Introduction

Schedule a 30-minute call with one of the ICxA Executives to get started. During the call, we’ll answer any questions that you have and deploy research tools with key team members.

Step 2 – Confidential Interviews

You and/or your team provide confidential responses using our proprietary research system. No sensitive or restricted inputs are required.

Step 3 – OAI Score Calculation

Your responses are evaluated using the ICxA Outcome Assurance benchmark methodology.

Step 4 – Receive Your Annual OAI Score

Your organization receives its official Outcome Assurance Index Score and benchmark report.

Participation is intended for organizations responsible for delivering major capital projects, including:
