No. ICxA does not provide consulting services. The institute provides independent benchmarking and industry research to advance Outcome Assurance capability across the global projects industry.
Your results are confidential. ICxA does not publish or share organizational results unless your organization chooses to disclose them.
Each domain assessment typically takes less than one hour to complete. Responses can be submitted in writing or provided verbally through the ICxA proprietary research system.
The Outcome Assurance Index (OAI) Score measures how effectively an organization governs and delivers projects to achieve successful operational outcomes. The score benchmarks your organization against the ICxA Outcome Assurance standards across governance, commissioning and outcome execution, and operational readiness.
The OAI score provides an independent view of your organization’s Outcome Assurance capability maturity. Organizations receive both an overall score and domain-level scores that highlight strengths and identify areas where capability can be strengthened.
