OA-P – Certified Outcome Assurance Professional

Purpose:
Validates foundational knowledge of system-readiness and system delivery principles.

Requirements:

  • ✔ Pass the Commissioning Exam

What it Signals:
You understand the fundamentals of outcome-focused system-readiness and are ready for project-level application.

OA-L – Certified Commissioning Leader

Purpose:
Recognizes professionals capable of leading system-readiness and operational readiness with accountability for system delivery.

Requirements:

  • ✔ Pass the Commissioning Exam

  • ✔ Pass the Operational Readiness Exam

  • ✔ Minimum 5 years relevant experience

What it Signals:
You are equipped to lead integration, readiness, and system activation activities on major projects.

OA-PM – Certified Commissioning Project Manager

Purpose:
Validates the leadership capacity to govern system-readiness and outcome assurance across complex capital projects.

Requirements:

  • ✔ Pass the Commissioning Exam

  • ✔ Pass the Operational Readiness Exam

  • ✔ Pass the Outcome Assurance Exam

  • ✔ Minimum 10 years relevant experience

You can oversee entire system-readiness programs and govern project outcomes at the highest level.

OA-G – Certified Outcome Authority Governance

Purpose:
Reserved for distinguished industry leaders with a demonstrated history of assuring outcomes on complex megaprojects.

Requirements:

  • ✔ Recognized by ICxA as a trusted Outcome Authority
