To preserve independence, credibility, and global scalability, ICxA does not deliver certification training or preparation services directly.

Instead, ICxA authorizes independent organizations to deliver training programs aligned with the ICxA Outcome Assurance™ Standard and Certification Framework.

What Authorization Means

  • Training content is aligned to the ICxA Outcome Assurance Frameworks

  • Instructors meet ICxA competence and experience criteria

  • Course materials are reviewed and approved by ICxA

  • Delivery is periodically audited for continued compliance

  • Authorization does not guarantee certification or exam success

      Completion of training through an Authorized Training Partner does not guarantee certification.

      Becoming an Authorized Training Partner

      ICxA authorizes a limited number of organizations that demonstrate alignment with Outcome Assurance principles, governance maturity, and instructional capability.

      Organizations may express interest by contacting ICxA.

      Authorization may be suspended or withdrawn at the discretion of ICxA to protect the integrity of the Outcome Assurance™ Standard and certification system.
