Commissioning Project Management Exam

Certification Awarded: Level 1 – CxP

This exam validates foundational knowledge and applied understanding of commissioning planning, coordination, and execution within capital projects. It assesses a candidate’s ability to manage system-level verification activities and support successful project delivery through effective commissioning practices.

Operational Readiness Exam

Certification Awarded: Level 2 – CxL

This exam evaluates a candidate’s ability to lead operational readiness activities and integrate organizational, technical, and stakeholder requirements. It focuses on ensuring that systems, people, and processes are prepared for safe, effective, and sustainable operations at handover.

Outcome Assurance Exam

Certification Awarded: Level 3 – CxPM
